Transform Business Outcomes through Effective Learning Strategies

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting clients in their transformation journey with learning transformation efforts. You will analyze learning needs and redesign learning processes to ensure alignment with learning objectives and improve efficiency of resources used towards learning efforts.

You will also work with clients to improve the effectiveness of learning programs to more effectively achieve desired business outcomes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, human resources management or other relevant disciplines
  • Certificates in ACTA/ACLP 1.0 or 2.0 is preferred
  • Prior experience in areas such as learning business process redesign, learning science, curriculum design and learning analytics outcomes would be an advantage
  • At least 7 years of working experience including 5 years in a management consulting role
  • Proven ability to build valued relationships with stakeholders
  • Passion to create a positive learning culture, to coach and develop team members and clients
  • Good communication skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English
