Credit Risk Specialist.
The role focuses on credit risk management, encompassing counterparty assessment and recommendation. This involves monitoring credit exposure and overseeing the reporting of credit risks. The specialist also collaborates with stakeholders to provide analysis and advice on credit matters while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
To be eligible for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Business disciplines. A strong understanding of financial analysis is essential, enabling you to independently review corporate financial statements and assess creditworthiness, liquidity position, and potential risk exposures.
You will need to have experience in commodities trading and risk management, preferably with at least 3 years in credit risk management. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and VBA is advantageous. Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) is also necessary for effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on credit risk matters.
