Job Title: Marketing Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketer to take on a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives aligned with strategic objectives, emphasizing offline activation while leveraging online channels for maximum impact.
- Plan, oversee, and execute all on-ground marketing events, including mall activations, pop-ups, and retailer promotions.
- Responsible for gathering franchise updates and relevant data to inform local team decisions.
- Craft presentation proposals, brand deck updates, and marketing pitches that showcase our brand's unique value proposition.
- Analyze trends across multiple marketplaces to drive retail sales and improve campaign effectiveness.
- A diploma in Marketing or a related field, accompanied by at least 4-5 years' experience in retail or marketing, preferably within South East Asia.
- Experience in consumer product licensing marketing or a retail background specializing in consumer products is highly valued.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills are essential.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Possess a proactive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationships and effective communication skills are crucial for partnering with various stakeholders across organizational levels.
- Must be willing to travel throughout the SEA region every two months.
