**Job Summary:**

The Edge Partnership seeks a highly skilled Fund Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing fund accounting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fund accounting tasks such as transaction processing, fee calculations, reconciliation, NAV reporting, and preparation of annual financial statements following relevant standards (US GAAP/IFRS/SFRS).
  • Collaborate with fund and SPV clients to foster strong relationships and address their queries.
  • Be involved in investor onboarding, manage capital calls, distributions, and handle GST and tax filings with external advisors.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks aligned with business requirements.

Role Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent qualification (CA preferred).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience as a fund accountant covering PE/VC or Hedge funds.
  • Ability to multitask and work unsupervised in a team environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influential skills to communicate with senior stakeholders effectively.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes base pay and bonus potential.
