Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial models to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the preparation of financial reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize financial initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to drive strategic growth.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our financial operations remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or tertiary qualification in Finance.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, particularly with listed companies.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
