Job Title: Chief Data Strategist

Description:

We are seeking a visionary data leader to drive our data strategy and fuel business growth through data-driven insights. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for building and scaling our data science capabilities, turning raw data into actionable intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our technical infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models to automate and optimize business processes.
  • Utilize data science to generate actionable insights, build predictive models, and deploy robust solutions.
  • Partner with quantitative analysts, traders, and business teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that address complex challenges.
  • Drive the development of AI-powered products and features to improve our IS ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years in IT functional architecture.
  • Mastery of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and MLOps.
  • Strong knowledge of data management practices, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation.
  • Expertise in AI algorithms, frameworks, and cloud-based AI/LLM technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, .NET, or Java, as well as DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps tools.
  • Knowledge of ethical principles for developing AI models.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in teams.
  • A curious mindset with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
