Job Description:

The Artisan Green PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Farm Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our indoor vertical farm in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production processes, workforce coordination, and inventory management of our farm. Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing daily farm operations, supervising and coordinating Operations Assistants and part-time staff, and overseeing inventory management and produce delivery logistics. Additionally, the candidate will be required to maintain accurate records and update the Weekly Inventory sheet.

Key Qualifications:

* Strong team player with a positive learning attitude and a good understanding of plant science and farm operations.
* Physically capable of performing farming-related tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and data analysis.
* Ability to work independently and professionally while maintaining a customer service-oriented mindset.
* Detail-oriented and results-driven, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Prior experience with hydroponics is required.
