Job Description

  • This is a highly sought-after role that offers the opportunity to support senior lawyers in complex international arbitration and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in preparing correspondence, pleadings, witness statements, and other documents for arbitrations and court proceedings.
  2. Coordinate hearing logistics, including venue arrangements, interpreter services, and transcription.
  3. Diarise procedural deadlines and maintain timetables for multiple clients and cases.
  4. Support document production for technical materials related to energy projects and carbon markets.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a legal secretary in an international or leading local firm, preferably with exposure to arbitration and litigation.
  • Advanced MS Word skills, with expertise in styles, tables of contents, cross-references, and track changes.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with time and billing systems, such as Intapp or 3E, is an advantage.
