Job Title: Admin Officer

KIM YEW INTEGRATED PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of the office, including handling general administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage time attendance and leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit reports on absenteeism and leave requests, providing timely and accurate information to management.
  • Act as a point of contact for facilities-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance and repair issues.
  • Support the coordination of maintenance activities, repairs, and service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for auditing purposes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Generate daily and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing valuable insights to management.
  • Assist in tracking staff suggestions and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Higher Nitec or any Higher qualifications.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Confident and good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task and manage work priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
