Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates on application status and interview feedback.
- Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient time management.
- Marketing & Outreach: Assist in executing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract fresh graduates, mid-career switchers, and experienced professionals, creating recruitment materials such as brochures and social media posts to promote job opportunities.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- An estimated salary range of SGD 40,000 - SGD 55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
