Job Description:

  • \
  • Support the EHS Manager in daily tasks, focusing on one or more EHS specifications, and promote the EHS culture across the organization.\
  • Act as a technical resource on Environment Health & Safety (EHS) and fire protection.\
  • Compile EHS data, reports, and documentation, and present information during monthly meetings.\
  • Develop and implement EHS programs and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.\
  • Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections to recommend corrective actions.\
  • Train employees on EHS awareness through classes and education programs.\
  • Lead and implement programs for the recognition, evaluation, and control of physical and chemical hazards.\
  • Evaluate new processes, chemicals, and equipment related to EHS aspects.\
  • Oversee site security management and sustainability data such as waste reporting, water, and electricity usage.\
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.\
  • Key Responsibilities: \
    • \
    • Possess a Degree in Engineering\
    • Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM is required\
    • Registered Fire Safety Manager with SCDF would be an added advantage\
    • At least 5 years of working experience in the chemical/manufacturing/pharmaceutical/oil & gas industries\
    • Good interpersonal skills\
    • Good communication and presentation skills\
    • Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented\
    • Willings to perform hands-on job in production environment with laboratory and logistics operations\
    • Open to be based onsite in Woodlands\
