Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AV & Network Support Engineer to join our team. As an AV & Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Configure and maintain office network equipment
    • Provide basic IT support to internal employees
    • Design and implement network and AV solutions for Bang & Olufsen products
    • Handle documentation, administration, and installation of new programs
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Assistance
  • Networking and Wireless Configuration
  • AV Routing and System Controls
  • Documentation and Administration
  • Cabling and Layout Planning

In addition, the candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in network and Audio/Video installation, with strong knowledge of networking and Wi-Fi/LAN, and familiarity with UniFi, Pakedge, and ticketing systems like Zendesk preferred.
