About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of assigned applications, ensuring they operate with minimal downtime or disruption. Key objectives include:

  • Continuously enhancing and upgrading these applications to align with the technology roadmap.
  • Managing vendor performance to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and transparency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure assigned applications are well-managed, minimizing downtime and disruptions to business users.
  2. Continuously enhance and upgrade applications to align with the technology roadmap.
  3. Manage enhancement and change requests, adhering to internal processes.
  4. Oversee vendor performance to ensure SLAs are met.
  5. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Proactively engage with internal business stakeholders, external partners, and technology solution providers.
  7. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve applications and services.
  8. Evaluate business needs and translate them into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  9. Partner with IT stakeholders across infrastructure, compliance, and cyber security to deliver system solutions.
  10. Identify and propose areas for improvement in process and systems.
  11. Improve business efficiencies through automation and value engineering.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum seven to 15 years' experience in IT applications support roles preferably with at least five years in ERP systems.
  • Experience in business requirements gathering and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL process and best practices.
