The Product Development Specialist is a key role in our organization, responsible for developing and implementing product strategies that drive business growth.
This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft competitive product offerings and action plans to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Develop product presentation materials and conduct product trainings for channel sales teams.
- Craft competitive product strategies and action plans to meet sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and business performance to recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct pricing analysis and product comparisons to identify advantages and market opportunities.
- Work with internal marketing to plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotional programs.
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners to grow business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate quotations for partners and assist in closing deals.
- Manage relationships with assigned product vendors, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Recommend and execute joint sales and marketing activities with partners to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT distribution or system integration sales.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building lasting business relationships.
- Familiarity with ICT solutions and the local IT channel landscape.
