Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Frontline Ambassador to join our team. As a Frontline Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their experience is nothing short of amazing.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our operations team.

You will also be responsible for greeting guests, directing them to their rooms, and ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to delight our customers based on our standard operating procedures.

In addition, you will work collaboratively with your team to achieve targeted sales goals, provide basic technical support, and ensure that billing is accurate and performed in accordance with our SOPs.

Your role will also involve maintaining the tidiness of rooms before and after use, ensuring that all areas are clean and welcoming for our guests.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in the service industry is preferred
  • A service-oriented, friendly, and cheerful personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform split shifts, work on weekends, and Public Holidays
