About Us:

We deliver quality home-based services and support to families and children experiencing abuse or severe neglect at home.

Our aim is to empower families to reach their fullest potential and provide ongoing support through life's changes and challenges.

As a Senior Assistant Social Worker, you will conduct risk assessments and safety planning, carry out social investigations, assessments, case formulations, intervention planning, and implement safety and intervention plans.

You will also develop wraparound services to support high-need families through advocacy, referrals, and collaboration, provide emotional support, guidance, and brief counselling to selected families, children, and young persons, and provide supervision for social workers.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in social work or a degree with a graduate diploma in social work from an accredited institution, at least 3-5 years of experience working with child protection, mental health, and/or family violence issues, and be able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
