Our organization is seeking a reliable and skilled Family Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our household in Singapore. This role involves managing various tasks, including scheduling, shopping, bill payments, and appointments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting family members with daily routines and transportation coordination, as well as providing care for children (if applicable) and supporting education-related matters.
This position also requires handling light administrative or operational tasks, such as document filing and basic translations, as well as supporting communication with international guests and providing Mandarin-English interpretation when needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with household affairs such as scheduling, shopping, bill payments, and appointments
- Support family members with daily routines and transport coordination
- Provide care for children (if applicable) and assist with education-related matters
- Handle light administrative or operational tasks, such as document filing and basic translations
- Support communication with international guests and provide Mandarin-English interpretation when needed
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, coordination, and trustworthiness
- Detail-oriented and able to handle flexible, ad-hoc household requests
- Previous experience in family assistant, personal assistant, or admin support roles is preferred
- Open to candidates who can support occasional business-related tasks
- Salary is negotiable based on experience and capabilities
- Working hours and days are flexible and can be discussed
- Probation period of 3 months, with potential for long-term employment upon satisfactory performance
