Early Childhood Education Director Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the teaching staff, ensuring the provision of high-quality early childhood education and care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement early childhood curriculum with the teaching staff;
- Coach and mentor teachers to enhance their professional practice and improve student outcomes;
- Design strategies to attract and retain students, and optimize educational operations;
- Manage resources to ensure efficient use of school funds;
- Lead the selection, training, and development of teachers to maximize their potential and promote a positive working environment;
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and program evaluation;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment;
- Establish and maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, and the wider community;
Requirements:
- A recognized degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, and a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Leadership) or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a preschool setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role;
- Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally;
