This role drives initiatives to support the community care sector's workforce attraction and transformation efforts. It involves engaging closely with HR partners in the sector to promote adoption of manpower programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Drive workforce attraction and transformation initiatives
- Engage with HR partners in the community care sector
- Manage manpower programmes, including conceptualisation, marketing, implementation, and administration
- Provide administration support for meetings with internal and external parties
- Manage ad-hoc sector projects as assigned
- Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience
- Experience in project management or HR processes is advantageous
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, meticulous with a high level of integrity
- Able to work flexibly with limited SOPs and processes
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast-paced environment
