Facilities Technician

Maintenance and repairs play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of buildings and facilities. Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to take on this vital responsibility.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks related to Electrical, Aircon, Mechanical, Building, and Repairs. This includes attending to defects and customers' complaints promptly, responding to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.


Key responsibilities include performing preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
  • Minimum NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Electronics /Building / Facility Management or facilities maintenance
