Volunteer Management Senior Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Volunteer Management Senior Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing strategies that engage volunteers, drive impact, and build a more inclusive society.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train volunteers to support the Deaf community through various programs.
  • Collaborate with teams to create engaging volunteer experiences, driving meaningful connections between volunteers, staff, and beneficiaries.
  • Optimize budget allocation to achieve program objectives while fostering a culture of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Navigate stakeholder relationships to secure funding opportunities and sponsorships that amplify our impact.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to equip volunteers with essential skills, empowering them to make a tangible difference.
  • Implement innovative retention strategies to boost volunteer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor progress, gather feedback, and implement improvements to continually enhance the quality of our volunteer engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with volunteers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and self-improvement, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Adaptability, independence, and ability to navigate ambiguity, ensuring seamless delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including Google Workspace and Salesforce, to streamline processes and maximize productivity.
  • Experience in social services or volunteering is highly valued, providing a unique perspective and skill set.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) is an asset, enabling effective communication with the Deaf community.
