Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Home programmes, focusing on resident rehabilitation. This role involves developing, executing, monitoring, and evaluating programmes to ensure they align with the Home's rules and regulations.

  • Develop and implement new programmes to enhance resident well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Case Management department to address residents' rehabilitation needs.
  • Ensure regular attendance by residents in programmes and provide physical supervision.
  • Manage resources effectively, including budgeting and staff allocation.
  • Promote effective use of programme funds and maintain financial integrity.
  • Prepare reports on programme outcomes, challenges, and achievements.
  • Work closely with the Head of Programmes in planning and implementation.
Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum NITEC qualification in a relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant studies and certifications are encouraged to apply.
  • A pleasant personality, strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working in non-profit organisations and managing events is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
Benefits

This role offers a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, at PERTAPIS Halfway House.
