We are seeking a highly skilled Education Sales Professional to drive sales growth and achieve excellence in the education industry.

  • Generate leads from various marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels to drive sales growth.
  • Establish relationships with parents through phone or in-person consultations to introduce our programs and highlight their academic value.
  • Coordinate trial lessons and assessments, and follow up to secure enrollments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
  • Develop new sales channels, such as parent groups, roadshows, and partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Represent the organization at Open Houses, Education Fairs, and Parent Seminars.
  • Provide regular sales reports on performance, conversion, and pipeline health.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales, course consultancy, or customer-facing experience in the education industry.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written).
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
