Job Title: Senior Policy Manager

This is a senior policy officer role in the Arts and Heritage Division, responsible for setting policy agendas, governing national cultural institutions, and shaping long-term strategies.

You will be involved in a broad range of work including policy reviews, analysis, and development of sectoral strategies and projects. You will also work closely with political office holders, senior management, public officers, and key stakeholders.

As a policy manager, you will be working independently on problem-solving and engaging widely with diverse stakeholders. You must have excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced policy environment, and strong analytical skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in public service
  • Understanding of and interest in policy work, corporate governance, and/or the arts and heritage sector
