Job Summary

The Senior Director of Sales (International) will lead a team of Account Executives, Account Management, and Partner Management Leaders to drive sales efforts and meet Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets. They will manage day-to-day activities, analyze sales statistics, and pipeline reviews to construct deals, account, and lead follow-up methods.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of sales leaders to execute revenue strategies, exceed KPIs, and ARR targets.
  2. Conduct pipeline reviews to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
  3. Develop and drive partner activities to foster excellent relationships with new and existing partners.
  4. Collaborate with the VP and EVP to discuss sales strategies, review KPI performance, and refine processes.
  5. Understand market demands to anticipate customer needs and increase new logo acquisition.
  6. Collaborate with the Area Customer Success Leader to ensure alignment with sales strategies and goals.
  7. Manage sales budget requests for events and trade shows.
  8. Cooperate with People Operations to manage HR-related issues within the team.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 10 years of sales experience required.
  2. Minimum 5 years of people management experience, including experience managing leaders.
  3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education experience, desirable.
  4. Experience collaborating with partner businesses and leading channel sales teams, desirable.
  5. Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry, desirable.
  6. Experience with Salesforce, a plus.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Excellent time management and organization skills.
  9. Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  10. Infectious positive, can-do attitude.
  11. Ability to provide productive feedback and coaching to sales leaders and teams.
