Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference given to degrees in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Post-graduate qualifications in Education or Instructional Design advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in instructional design and/or training.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent visual design sense and ability to translate complex information into visuals.
  • Proficiency in authoring tools, usability testing methods, and course evaluation methodologies.
