Human Resources Officer
Job Description:- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies, attend mass walk-ins, career fairs, and roadshows to drive talent acquisition initiatives.
- Manage the application, renewal, and issuance of work passes (EP, WP, SP).
- Work closely with Operations Management to understand staffing needs and source suitable candidates for various positions.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records, keeping them up to date.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the Employment Act and other related regulations.
- Take on additional ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Prior experience in recruitment, especially within a fast-paced, multi-store retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
- A highly organized, meticulous, and resourceful individual who can multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act, and Industrial Relations Act.
- Discretion in handling confidential information with professionalism.
- A team-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic individual.
