About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at UCMHP ACADEMY PTE. LTD. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

About the Job:

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing overall support in operations, such as office/sales/inventories admin duties. You will also handle inbound inquiries and feedback to customers via phone, email, and social media platforms. Additionally, you will assist and coordinate in online events, on-site training/exhibitions, and prepare events to increase sign-up rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in office/sales/inventories duties.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback through various channels.
  • Assist in coordinating online events, on-site training, and exhibitions.
  • Prepare events to increase sign-up rates.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Reach out to potential leads through various channels.
  • Process orders, sales invoices, and admin filing.
  • Support ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
  • High-level communication and networking skills.
  • A passion for sales.
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • A good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Good personality, self-motivated, and independent.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, hands-on, and self-starter.
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
