Responsibilities
This role involves:
  • Achieving monthly sales goals for assigned accounts by partnering with Operations to enhance sales, distribution, and merchandising efficiency.
  • Tracking service levels for assigned accounts and working to reduce missed sales opportunities.
Promotion Strategy and Product Launch
This position requires refining promotion tactics to boost sales, setting objectives and developing marketing strategies with retailers, and performing market research to understand industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

Product Launch
Key responsibilities include facilitating new product listings with supermarket chains, overseeing planning and execution of product launch activities, handling product promotion proposals, negotiations, and execution, coordinating with supermarket staff to secure product display space and rental during promotional periods, and enhancing visual merchandising.

Relationship Building
This role demands developing and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, store staff, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth operations such as stock ordering and replenishment.

The Strategic Business Development Manager will contribute to the creation and execution of sales initiatives (e.g., new product launches, promotions, themed campaigns), track and manage marketing expenses to stay within budget, analyze sales data, category performance, and promotional effectiveness for assigned accounts to identify growth opportunities, provide insights on market trends and competitors to stay competitive, and conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to enhance sales performance and advance business growth.
