Service Technician Role

The Service Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on airside equipment. This includes commercial chilled water units, light commercial VRV or VRF units, and residential DX units.

This role involves depot-based work, site servicing, repairing, and installation of various units. Additionally, it requires troubleshooting and recommending repairs for chillers/airside/heavy/applied units.

  • Performing routine monthly services under service agreements
  • Coordinating with customers on maintenance, shutdown, and repair schedules

We are seeking individuals with experience in maintenance/technical servicing. A minimum qualification of Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC/M&E industry is also necessary. Experience in HVAC system design is a plus.
