Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of production equipment.
- Monitor and analyze production equipment performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to unscheduled equipment downtime with troubleshooting and repairs.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with schedules.
- Execute product conversions, equipment setup, and upgrades.
- Refurbish preventive maintenance components and spare parts offline.
- Perform root cause analysis for yield or quality issues and implement corrective actions.
The ideal candidate will have a self-motivated attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a cleanroom environment. Additionally, willingness to work 12-hour night shifts is required.
This is a full-time position in the Engineering and IT industry at one of Singapore's largest electronics manufacturing sites. The location is Woodlands, Singapore, with no travel requirements.
