Procurement Strategy Leader:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead our procurement process. This individual will be responsible for driving commercial success by optimizing costs and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, business administration or supply chain management, with a minimum of 3 years of project procurement experience in refinery/chemical/oil & gas industry. They should possess strong negotiation and supplier management skills, as well as proficiency in Mandarin for liaising with Chinese suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the request for quotation process and negotiate price/terms/delivery.
  • Lead the supplier selection process and manage purchase orders.
  • Monitor supplier performance and reconcile invoices.
