Job Title

We are seeking a senior-level cybersecurity professional to lead our Asia South and Japan region. As Cybersecurity Controls Lead, you will be responsible for fortifying Citi's cyber security across all countries and organizations within this critical region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic cyber governance: Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies aligned with regional regulatory requirements.
  • Cyber risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks across the region, ensuring compliance with global Citi standards.
  • Regulatory engagement: Collaborate with local regulators to ensure adherence to country-specific regulations and laws.
  • Security incident response: Participate in incident handling and crisis management exercises to ensure preparedness.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in interpreting and applying policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment.
