Job Title: IT Infrastructure SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of IT Infrastructure Specialist. This position involves providing technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provisioning and configuring devices;
  • Installation and upgrading of software/patches;
  • Perform asset management & update asset records;
  • Setting up/tearing down of computers;
  • Updating to the latest Windows and programs;
  • Conduct testing all on devices and systems;
  • Carrying out re-installation (cloning) of desktop images;
  • May be assigned with other IT-related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Nitec in Information Technology or equivalent qualification;
  • Entry level experience;
  • Training will be provided as necessary.
