About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Maritime Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting senior brokers in day-to-day activities, including research, deal execution and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To originate and structure deals through market intelligence and relationship-building.
  • To negotiate sale and charter agreements to deliver best outcomes for clients.
  • To provide market insight and trade recommendations based on current trends, data and opportunities.
  • To develop new business by identifying opportunities, prospecting and expanding the client network globally.
  • To maintain client relationships, ensuring proactive communication and long-term engagement.
  • To prepare tailored market reports and presentations for internal and client use.
  • To ensure timely and accurate internal data flow of vessel movements, transactions and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in maritime studies or diploma in maritime
  • Open to candidates without maritime education
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills
  • Confident, outgoing and capable of operating independently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting
