Talent Trader Group PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Controller to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare sales performance analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  • Develop monthly sales forecasts in collaboration with sales, marketing, and supply chain functions.
  • Oversee the submission of sales forecasts to regional management through the business planning process.
  • Monitor year-to-date sales against forecasts and budget to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist the Sales Department in preparing Minimum Purchase Agreements and tracking distributor performance.
  • Review product gross profit drivers on a monthly basis and present findings to management.
  • Submit various reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Support the Regional Sales Controller in reviewing market data provided by marketing for transfer pricing calculations.
  • Review all sales quotations to ensure sales revenue, gross profits, and market-level pricing are reasonable.
  • Analyze instances where quote values fall below floor prices and determine the cause.
  • Calculate appropriate floor prices that align with management's objectives of improving gross profits while expanding market share.
  • Provide support to the local sales team by monitoring tender websites, managing sponsorship payments, verifying sales quotations, resolving order-related issues, and assisting with contract monitoring and updates.
  • Calculate sales incentives according to the Company Sales Incentive Plan Policy.
  • Track tender progress through various stages until sales are realized.
  • Handle regional sales administration tasks such as product and price announcements, spare part price inquiries, and brochure requests.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Candidate with experience in revenue data analysis.
  • Proficient in Power BI, Power Query.
