About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Partner & Customer Training EMEA & APAC team as a Technical Trainer. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions across APAC, both online and in-person.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs to promote Milestone solutions
  • Teach key courses including Milestone Solution Design, Milestone Technical Configuration, and Briefcam Partner Training
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Performance team to refine training materials
  • Provide expert guidance on Milestone products and solutions

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in technical training, preferably in IT, security, or video management systems
  • Strong knowledge of Milestone Systems' products or similar technologies
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional APAC languages are a plus)
  • Ability to set up, troubleshoot, and manage technical training environments
