Job Description

This position requires a skilled professional who can analyze data and use insights to inform policy decisions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management and organizational skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.

A strong understanding of Trust and Safety policy issues, and enforcement ecosystems that impact online safety is essential.

The specialist will be responsible for identifying areas for policy improvement, leveraging data and metrics to drive strategic policy adjustments.

They will work closely with policy development, regional policy, data science, and product teams to build new processes and tools to ensure effective and efficient policy enforcement.

Better Team Management and Decision Making skills are a must. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
