  • Conceptualize, Plan & Execute events

  • Hands on experience in managing different types of events (Dinner & Dance, Awards, Gala Dinner, Conferences and Teambuilding)

Our role involves: Brainstorming ideas, working closely with our team to execute events, pitching proposals to clients, showcalling and programme management during event days, liaising with various stakeholders involved in the event and providing on-site support.

Role Descriptions
  1. Brainstorm and Conceptualize ideas & concepts for proposal
  2. Working closely with the Event Producer to execute events
  3. Opportunity to pitch and present event proposal to client
  4. Showcall & Programme management during event day
  5. Overseeing and Liaising with various stakeholders involved in the event
  6. Provide on-site support for events and any other adhoc duties
Requirements
  1. Minimum Diploma Holder and Fresh Entry Level is welcomed
  2. Passion for events and ability to work long hours if required
  3. Effective Oral and Written Communication
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
  5. Proficient in Google Document, Google Slides and Google Sheets
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
  7. Keen attention to small/fine details
