Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Recruit Now Singapore Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Verification and Approval
    • Circulate suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting.
  • Payment Preparation
    • Prepare suppliers' payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconciliation and Journaling
    • Perform monthly reconciliation of creditor's statement of accounts.
    • Assist in the preparation of journals for the monthly closing of accounts.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Experience in using Kerridge Commercial Systems.
