Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

This is a key recruitment consultant role that requires a professional with a passion for delivering top talent solutions. The successful candidate will lead full-cycle recruitment projects and manage a team of recruitment specialists.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job analysis, sourcing, interviews, background checks, and offer management.
  • Market & Talent Insights: Track sector trends and provide data-driven insights to support client decisions.
  • Business Development: Contribute to client acquisition and proposal preparation to support business growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years' experience in full-cycle (360) recruitment within a recruitment firm/agency.
  • Skills: Strong recruitment management, client relationship management, and project leadership capabilities.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.
