**Recruitment Consultant (Full Time)**

We are a newly established BPO company seeking a committed and driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant to support our clients’ hiring needs.

This is a 360 recruitment role, where you will ultimately manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, on behalf of external clients.

Up to 2 years of experience is welcome, but fresh graduates or individuals without experience are also encouraged to apply. Structured coaching will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Liaise with clients to understand their hiring requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules and support recruitment operations
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements and employer branding

**Requirements**:

- Experience is not essential but 1~2 years of similar role will be advantageous
- CEI is not a must but will be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and professional demeanor
- Strong desire to learn, develop, and contribute meaningfully to the team
- Results-oriented with a focus on timely delivery and accountability
- Mature mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Able to start within short notice.
