System Engineer Position
Job Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to work as a Data Center Operations Specialist in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24/7 support for Data Center operations on 12-hour shifts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in verifying, isolating, and/or providing temporary workarounds for incidents/problems logged.
- Resolve incidents/problems onsite.
- Elevate unsolvable problems and service requests to System and/or Software Engineers.
- Report escalations to Project Managers.
Additional Duties:
- Generate relevant administrative records and reports.
- Introduce and integrate new technologies into existing environments.
- Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Add, remove, or update user accounts.
