About the Role

At PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Novena / Chinatown.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with selected members of the public, handling incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries, and compiling survey returns and data accurately into our system.

You will also conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data, establish and maintain relationships with respondents throughout the project period, and provide status reports to your supervisor.

This is a full-time role that requires 5 days of work across Monday – Sunday, up to 44 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews with selected members of the public
  • Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents' issues
  • Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
  • Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
  • Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
  • Ensure that given KPIs are being met based on the project timeline
  • Provide status report to the supervisor
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be:

  • A Singaporean citizen or permanent resident
  • Comfortable with field visits
  • Strong in phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Experienced with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
  • Excellent in customer service skills
