Plant Maintenance Manager Role

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for leading teams in implementing SAP Plant Maintenance solutions for various clients. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and business acumen to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities with both new and existing clients, where Ey can bring value to bear through the adoption of these solutions.
  • Develop and execute plans to grow the SAP Service Management / Plant Maintenance functional capability within the ey SAP Practice.
  • Lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects and provide guidance on SAP implementation best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Functional proficiency with at least 5 years of full lifecycle SAP implementations and 10 years of industry and/or consulting experience in the SAP.
  • At least 5 years of SAP experience implementing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
  • Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Optimization regarding SAP – Plant Maintenance and comfortable with leading functional teams within his/her area of expertise.
