Clinical Nursing Quality Instructor Position

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nursing Quality Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical nursing background and the ability to provide high-quality education and training to nurses.

Job Description:

The Clinical Nursing Quality Instructor will be responsible for collaborating with the Education and Training Department, Nurse Managers/Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop on-the-job training and clinical competencies. This includes assisting in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.

The successful candidate will also assist in providing initial and ongoing on-the-job training for nurses, perform clinical supervision and support newly employed nurses, and act as a resource person for nurses on clinical and nursing quality-related matters.

In addition, the Clinical Nursing Quality Instructor will enhance professional nursing development through continuous mentoring, coaching, and role modeling. They will also participate in nursing quality improvement-related projects and promote a culture of safety, quality, and service excellence by monitoring compliances.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid SNB Registered Nurse Practising Certificate, a Diploma/Degree in Nursing, and at least 5 years of clinical experience. They must also be able to commit to morning and afternoon shifts and be a Singaporean/PR only.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Singaporean/PR only.
