Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Educator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Training Programs: Develop and implement clinical training programs for nurses across various departments.
  • Career Development: Provide coaching and mentorship to new and junior nursing staff to ensure quality clinical practice and patient safety.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Nursing Leaders and Department Heads to identify learning needs and support continuous professional development.
  • Evaluation: Facilitate competency assessments and skills evaluation to uphold nursing standards.
  • Innovation: Participate in nursing research, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice implementation.
  • Staying Current: Stay current with healthcare trends and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Registration: Registered Nurse with valid registration under the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including experience in teaching, preceptorship, or staff development.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Passion: Passionate about lifelong learning, patient care, and staff empowerment.
