Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist in our fast-paced IT department.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that provides top-notch support to our clients. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems to determine root cause and implement solutions.
  • Manage and track service requests to ensure prompt resolution and meet service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and informed support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a polytechnic diploma in IT, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (e.g. Microsoft 365, Amazon Web Services) and ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
