Technology Sector Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our Technology Sector growth efforts across Asia Pacific.

This role requires an individual with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and opening doors within the technology landscape. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong ability to engage and build relationships with senior executives.

Your main responsibility will be to develop sub-sector strategies and implement cross-border solutions for large-scale technology customers. You will also oversee and prioritize our regional sales pipeline, focusing on high-potential opportunities while filtering out low-fit prospects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop sub-sector strategies and cross-border solutions
  • Oversee regional sales pipeline
  • Drive customer engagement through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), satisfaction reviews, and innovation workshops
  • Work closely with global cross-business unit-Customer Solutions and Innovation, sales teams and Key Account Managers
  • Mentor and support country sales and account teams

To succeed in this role, you will need more than 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a minimum of 5 years in strategic, regional positions within the Technology sector. You must also have an established network of senior decision-makers within major technology clients across the Asia Pacific region.
