As a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various industries. Your expertise in managing project costs, tendering, and contract administration will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Job Highlights
  • Office Location: Woodlands Industrial Park, Singapore (Work Islandwide)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM (5 days)

The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical works, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability. Responsibilities
  1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects
  2. Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and associated costs
  3. Perform quantity take-offs for materials and labor for MEP installations
  4. Collaborate with project teams for accurate quantity assessments
  5. Develop and manage project budgets, monitor cost variations, and recommend cost-saving measures
  6. Assist in preparing tender documents and participate in procurement processes
  7. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for competitiveness and compliance
  8. Administer and manage contracts for MEP works, including variations, claims, and disputes
  9. Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement value engineering solutions
  10. Identify potential cost and contract risks and develop mitigation strategies
  11. Generate regular cost reports and provide analysis and recommendations
  12. Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders; attend project meetings
  13. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and MEP standards
  14. Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial, commercial, or data-centre projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical works
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
